It's not often you hear in public strong words about sacrifice coming from a Marine general. But then this is one general who knows all too well what sacrifice really means. Lieutenant General John Kelly told a packed ballroom in St. Louis recently that there is a growing feeling among service members that the general public isn't even aware of the price being paid by those fighting overseas.
